TIME: 2 WEEKS
In the create phase, I work with you to design your website and email marketing strategy. I'll have one strategy meeting with you to review the website direction and mock ups.
Once you approve the mock-ups, I’ll spend 2 weeks building or redesigning your Shopify website. You’ll review the website as I build and send me your adjustments.I build your Shopify store first, and your email marketing integration and flows last.

03 COMMENT
TIME: 1 WEEK
In the comment phase you'll have about a week to go through your new Shopify website and email flows and note any changes you'd like to make.
I'll take all your comments and make the needed changes. We'll also hop on a call to discuss the overall build and check it against the agreed strategy.

04 CHECK
TIME: 1 WEEKS
In the check phase, I review the website payments, the SEO, store speed, and make all other needed checks before taking the website and email marketing live.
Once the checks are done, then it's time to go live and share your beautiful Shopify store with the world! I am here with you step by step with bonus launch email campaigns to create excitement around your store launch.

05 CLOSE
TIME: 30 DAYS AFTERWARDS
Once your website and email marketing flows are built, I’ll provide video walkthroughs and training so that you uderstand how the whole shebang works and how to maintain it.

How long does the E-Commerce VIP Experience take?
The entire process takes a month from start to finish. This assumes that I have all the content and images for your website and email marketing.
After the you go live, I offer 30 days of email support as a bonus! So that's like having me for 2 months 😉.
Who will provide images and content for the website and email flows?
I'll make it easy for you to provide the content and images for your website, with a planner that guides you through the process.
Do you work only with the Shopify platform?
Yes, I work exclusively with the Shopify platform. It's one of the best tools used to build e-commerce stores.
Can you customize Shopify themes?
Yes, I customize Shopify themes. My policy is to use Shopify approved themes where possible, and use as little coding as possible.
I want to make it as simple as possible for you to maintain your store.

During the E-commerce VIp Experience I will first plan your website strategy with you, and then design the mock-ups separately from Shopify.
Once we are clear on the strategy and design, I can advise you on the best theme to use to acheive yur goals.

I work only with Klaviyo. It is one of the top marketing platforms and integrations so well with Shopify:
- You can see in fine detail how customers react to your email campaigns and what they buy on the store
- You can access your products as your build your campaigns
- You can add SMS to your automated flows

Do you offer payment plans?
Yes I do offer payment plans.
50% is needed to reserve your E-Commerce VIP Experience slot and the the final 50% due a week before the build is scheduled to start.
My site is live and I need a redesign. How long will my website need to be down?
Have no fear, I'll work with you to plan downtimes.
The great thing about Shopify is that you can design a whole new website theme, review, and test it, before choosing to publish. Once you hit publish the new website is live and replaces your old design.
You might need some time after go live to restrict access while payments are tested. In such cases I design a "scheduled maintenance" or "website relaunch" page for you.
Do you charge the same for a Shopify website redesign?
That would depend on the redesign needed. Generally I would charge the same but I may offer a discount, depending on how large the overhaul is.
